The Freedom of Information (FOI) process helps parents, carers, and members of the public request access to information held by the school. This supports trust and ensures that decisions and school information are handled responsibly.

If you would like to make a request, you can contact the school with clear details of the information you are seeking. We will confirm receipt and, where possible, provide the information requested. Some requests may be limited or refused in line with legal exemptions, for example where information is confidential, personal data is involved, or disclosure would not be appropriate for safeguarding or other statutory reasons.

We aim to respond promptly and professionally. If you are unhappy with how your request has been handled, you can ask for a review. You can also seek advice about next steps, including escalation to the Information Commissioner’s Office, where appropriate.
